As a professional, I can't tell you how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieve your beauty goals! If after your appointment, in the unlikely situation that you are unsatisfied with your results, we are more than happy to make adjustments within reason. *Please note there are limitations to adjustment appointments.

No Refunds Please understand that a lot of work was put into your appointment, and product was used. Instead, we want to work with you to give you your desired results!

Nail Repairs: You are eligible for a nail repair up to 5 days after your set or fill. After that time period, a charge will apply for repairs. Though the longevity of your polish is dependent on your activities, we do apply the same 5 day guarantee for gel polish.
*due to the nature of the product, nail lacquer is not guaranteed.

Your hair colour and cut are valid for an adjustment up to 7 days after your service was performed. Whatever the issue, it needs to be voiced within this time to be eligible for an adjustment appointment.

If you or any other stylist make changes to your hair, you will no longer be eligible for an adjustment appointment.

Proper at-home care instructions must be followed. This includes but is not limited to: using salon-quality shampoo & conditioner.

If we are in the process of a corrective colour or at-home colour was present in the hair, you will not qualify for an adjustment appointment.

This policy is only applicable to the services provided by an employee of Beautique Beauty Lounge. Self employed artists are responsible for their own work and have their own policies. Not sure if your services were provided by an employee? Please visit "The Team" page for clarification.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for consultation and a timely start to your service.

Please put your phone on silent during your stay.

Should I be naked for my spa service? Depending on the service it may be easier for your Esthetician; however, please dress down to your comfort level. Our Estheticians go to great lengths to make sure that you are comfortable and uncover only the area being worked on at that time.

Robes & slippers are available for all guests.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

All appointments are secured with a credit card or gift card at the time of booking.

We require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. *This card is not charged at the time of booking

Alternatively, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made via etransfer, cash or gift card.

Intake forms are to be completed by all clients. This can be done digitally or in-person prior to the start time of your appointment. *Forms are for informational purposes and will only be viewed by your service provider to ensure the best care.

You will receive two reminders for your upcoming appointment: 7 days before & 48 hours before

Rules for Cancellations

We require 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling an appointment within less than 48 hours will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

RUNNING LATE

Give us a call or a text! We will still do our best to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee we will be able to complete all the scheduled services.

NO SHOWS

We always remind you of your upcoming appointment, No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Refunds If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have up to 30 days to return your items with the original receipt for a refund. Products must be at least 3/4 full to qualify. Exchanges Did you purchase or receive the wrong product? We are happy to exchange unopened, unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date with a receipt. Any products with defective packaging or mechanisms will also qualify for an exchange or refund.
