WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
We require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. *This card is not charged at the time of booking
Alternatively, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made via etransfer, cash or gift card.
Intake forms are to be completed by all clients. This can be done digitally or in-person prior to the start time of your appointment. *Forms are for informational purposes and will only be viewed by your service provider.
You will receive two reminders for your upcoming appointment.
First reminder: 7 days before
Second reminder: 48 hours before
Booking an appointment with us means you understand and agree to follow all of our policies and procedures.

THE FINE PRINT
Rules for Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.
Cancelling an appointment within less than 24 hours will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Give us a call or a text! We will still do our best to accommodate you, but we can not garantee we will be able to complete all the scheduled services.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
