Our Process

Here’s what to expect when you book on-location bridal hair with Beautique.

1. Inquire & Reserve Your Date

Submit our bridal inquiry form to check availability. Bridal bookings open up to six (6) months in advance. If your date is available, we’ll send you a proposal with service details and pricing.

A 20% non-refundable bridal retainer is required to secure your wedding date and is applied toward your final balance.

2. Personalized Consultation

We’ll connect to discuss your wedding vision, party size, location, and timeline. You may request a preferred Beautique stylist during your inquiry; however, bridal services are offered as a team-based service, and stylist assignments are confirmed 30–60 days prior to the wedding date based on availability.

A trial gives you a chance to preview your bridal look and make adjustments ahead of time — so you feel confident and camera-ready on your big day.

4. Wedding Day Styling

Our professional bridal team arrives on location with everything needed to create a calm, elevated styling experience. We work efficiently and collaboratively to keep your morning stress-free and on schedule.

5. Final Touches & Sendoff

Before you slip into your dress, we’ll complete final touch-ups and ensure everything is picture-perfect. You’re ready to walk down the aisle feeling polished, confident, and completely you.

Do you offer makeup services?
At this time, Beautique offers hairstyling only for on-location bridal services. We’re happy to recommend trusted makeup artists if needed.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is complimentary within Chilliwack; beyond city limits, a travel fee of $0.63 per kilometre is applied from our salon location. We’ll include all travel details in your proposal before booking.
Is there a minimum to book on-location services?
Yes, we require a minimum booking of $250 for all mobile and on-location services. This ensures we can dedicate the time and resources needed to provide a seamless, luxury experience for your special day.
Can I request a specific stylist?

Yes — you’re welcome to request a preferred Beautique stylist at the time of your inquiry. While we do our best to accommodate stylist requests, Beautique Bridal Hair is offered as a team-based service, and specific stylist assignments are not guaranteed at the time of booking.

Stylist assignments are confirmed 30–60 days prior to the wedding date, once schedules and availability are finalized. All bridal services are performed by trained Beautique stylists who meet our bridal service standards, ensuring a consistent and elevated experience for every bride.

When should I book?

We recommend booking your bridal hair as soon as your wedding date is within six (6) months. Bridal bookings open up to six months in advance to ensure we can confidently provide staffing, scheduling, and the highest level of service for your wedding day.

Because availability is limited, especially during peak wedding season, we encourage reaching out as soon as you fall within that six-month window to secure your date.

Do I need a trial?
Trials aren’t mandatory, but they’re highly recommended for brides. It’s the best way to finalize your look and feel confident heading into the big day.
